Manager is a good guy, and always makes sure he fixes mistakes uncontrollable such as items that still say available in the app. Food is usually fresh for the most part. If the app was fixed would rate 5 stars because why is it still saying available if it isn’t. Your experience will depend on the employees for sure.

Gentleman by the name of Forrest was at the drive through and honestly I was simply impressed with his overall Joy, and happiness to be at his job where he serves customers and meets new people daily and they are lucky to have him because I’d snap him up in a quick minute for where I work! He was so polite and he had a sunny disposition and very respectful and even though I was tired and had long day and was just in my post work shift mindset, he made a impression and lifted my spirit just by the fact he clearly showed others his heart and projected such compassion and dedication that he will be hard to ever forget! KFC you need more people who have great customer service skills such as Forrest and Thank you to Forrest, I appreciated that you had my best experience with your restaurant at heart because I would have drove off without my sauce and just that little extra mile is all it takes sometimes people it’s not difficult to give a little bit extra in your work ethic daily and that’s why I’m giving KFC a five star rating tonight! They deserve it and Forrest deserves the recognition for this job well done! AmyB

I just arrived in Gulfport, Missippi, and I was hungry. I saw this KFC and went to the drive-thru. It was fast service and the manager was so friendly! My food was very fresh and hot. My order was correct, and I got the right sauce for the chicken selects, yeah!!

ARI, ARI, ARI - let me tell you about this girl ! She deserves A RAISE and a PRAISE… because when I tell you she has the best attitude and gives the BEST customer service. She went out of her way to make sure my family had the freshest food. If you go to this location I hope you get to experience her joy. It’s rare for a fast food worker at 10pm is still smiling and happily greeting their customers, however she does ! Corporate, if you see this, you better keep her on your team. I’m a radio host on the gulf coast and will also be shouting her out on my radio show. This girl deserves the best because she serves the best. I’ve been a restaurant manager and she is the employee I’d dream of having. THANK YOU, Ari. You are a rare gem in the service industry. My family looks forward to eating KFC again soon.

I only went to the window so couldn't answer about atmosphere. There is no better chicken than KFC's original. AND... their coleslaw is sweet... like it's SUPPOSED to be in the south!!

It depends on which location you go to. The people employed are the problem. It effects the food quality and preparedness. I have not found a store yet that is worthy of my business.
